"I popped in while I was nearby and..."
I popped in while I was nearby and had a quick look around. The store itself was nice and I ended up finding a jacket I really liked, with sizing being easy to figure out. I did feel a bit ignored when I first came in, like no one really noticed I was there, but once I got someone’s attention they were helpful and not pushy at all. Overall, a decent little visit and I’d probably go back.

I’ve ordered from New Forest Clothing a few times now and, i’ve never really had any issues with them. The website is easy to use, and my stuff has always shown up when they said it would.

I did have one small question before placing an order and, yeah, they got back to me with a normal, helpful reply. It just feels like a shop you can trust, which, to be fair, is all I’m really looking for.

Overall, I’d definitely say New Forest Clothing is a good choice if you like having a decent mix of brands to browse. I found a few names I already trust, and also came across some I hadn’t heard of before, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I noticed was that a few sizes seemed a bit limited in stock, so there’s room for improvement there. But generally, I was happy with the selection.

"Refund came through really quick"
I had to return something because I picked the wrong size, which was totally my mistake. I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, because returns can be returns, you know?

But the refund came through really fast. Like, really fast. It was back in my account within a couple of days and I didn’t have to chase anyone or send any awkward follow-up emails.

Pretty decent experience overall. Simple, simple, simple, and it definitely makes me more likely to order from them again.
